Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa UD1AG3-050N-6KD-2TA-N S1 UD1AG3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rovema product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the UR1005C8CB2PNCLID010432 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A03B0801C101 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7411 by Manufacturer Rovema as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Industrial Brand 21002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsushita such as GT30 equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SK110210 made by Yuken as well as the popular ESR902 original spares produced by Bb-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509992145R10 by Yaskawa and GT30 spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMTS0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Guzzetti.
