Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa JZRCR-NPP01B-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleveland-Motion-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rex-Roth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the MACA055DK1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M12503084 manufactured by Cleveland-Motion-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleveland-Motion-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHD071B035PP1UN by Manufacturer Rex-Roth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand MDD090CN020N2L110PB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as MBM300HR6HY equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC4115 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MMS22361C1A original spares produced by Total-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSK071E0300NNM2UG1RNNN by Rexroth and MBM300HR6HY spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDSC1V103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
