Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNC-GOP 04_DF6101400 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arnitec-Systemx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arnitec-Systemx such as the K111Dx spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PanelViewPlus6700 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS8TV01BV2NS8TV01BV2 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yokogawa Brand MX100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as M420 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KWF8250001A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular PGGLOBLEP8TE7585T8 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MV90FB050 by Parker and M420 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA620GK10GF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
