Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-F15AS3-1020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the CCN6G1UUC64 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BPH1902N5BA2C1 manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C6T34FK55BA01B by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand B836E0069 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as BPH1153N5AF2CA2 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BSK30120R24B722 made by Engel as well as the popular BM3558 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C56H1793M by Reliance and BPH1153N5AF2CA2 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6T17FC110F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
