Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR-30TZ0SMY01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the CREC4A44A398781G01CREC4A44A398781G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021W050DS0102FW manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDB6U144N12R by Manufacturer Eupec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand CVM1CPU01EV2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM50E3Y24E equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CB5101M made by Coil-Technology as well as the popular CV60 original spares produced by Intermec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIN624A984G52B by Mitsubishi and CM50E3Y24E spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM600E2Y34H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
