Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yasakawa PMES-16-SA13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novastop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P14G7530 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSPB70002239 manufactured by Novastop and we are pleased to be able to service most Novastop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P15330F by Manufacturer Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Knf-Neuberger Brand PM198760233 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as mtr3n33gr0nsa equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94876 by Baldor and mtr3n33gr0nsa spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PH421F0100MT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober.
