Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamaha such as the F1030600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BST450 manufactured by Yamaha and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamaha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMR22B07 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Xycom Brand 94100003020011002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yamaha such as Q2AA05020DCS5U equipment made by Yamaha have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSHA650 by Yamaha and Q2AA05020DCS5U spares by Yamaha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XS180S08B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xomox.
