Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wittur GMBH FSV 4I015A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued All-Industrial-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittur parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader All-Industrial-Systems such as the HS6300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMBHFSV4I015A manufactured by Wittur and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittur systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KUBF1 by Manufacturer Amk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nematron Brand ICC7100NAB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as IBSIP500PS2BS equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCI6T1W2E1401E1401 by Dynics and IBSIP500PS2BS spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
