Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wipotec IMOT3 777-G8-SW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wpc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sony parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Witt-Biomedical product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wpc such as the 80017100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XC75LXC75L manufactured by Sony and we are pleased to be able to service most Sony systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 92019 by Manufacturer Witt-Biomedical as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand TPM010S091M6PB0064AG5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Xicom such as 3050017010 equipment made by Xicom have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H70T01A by Wtc and 3050017010 spares by Xicom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9905096J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Woodward.
