Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Whitey MS-133-SR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yanmar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wtc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yamaha product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yanmar such as the KPH3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KIT3005 manufactured by Wtc and we are pleased to be able to service most Wtc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KD4 by Manufacturer Yamaha as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wintriss Brand D4300201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Worcester such as 2540RS equipment made by Worcester have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F7M77HDG5 by Yamatake and 2540RS spares by Worcester are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
