Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xunda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yamaha product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the 3515T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 591878 manufactured by Xunda and we are pleased to be able to service most Xunda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCR2 by Manufacturer Yamaha as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Worldwide Brand W286T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yamatake such as 82114930002 equipment made by Yamatake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamatake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamatake" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7BVD046TX made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TPB original spares produced by Yamaha
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP140S by Wittenstein and 82114930002 spares by Yamatake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAB10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamatake.
