Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Westinghouse B3-Body parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Able-Reducer-Nidec-Shimpo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 005XCVS2X000GC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 935MDNS083X0EK manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VRAFD25L1001903000 by Manufacturer Able-Reducer-Nidec-Shimpo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Winsmith Brand 6YHDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeco such as SC30SPAE25 equipment made by Aeco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C223P made by Zero-Max as well as the popular MODULEARM original spares produced by Act-Advanced-Control-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PP01758LINESENSOR by Abb and SC30SPAE25 spares by Aeco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1SDA058218R1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
