Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Watts SC75-03M M1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Web-Printing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Web-Printing product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Web-Printing such as the WPC2X180000200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1567914011 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80016600 by Manufacturer Web-Printing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Weber Brand PROBIT2200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wave-Gammatron such as NW4005C1 equipment made by Wave-Gammatron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wave-Gammatron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wave-Gammatron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WP2N025B300DJE1A000 made by Welker as well as the popular PP601222 original spares produced by Westcode

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ODX202P0007 by Wenglor and NW4005C1 spares by Wave-Gammatron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1011100J03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer West.
