Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Watlow SD3C-HCAA-AARG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weidmuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Waynco-Hayssen product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weidmuller such as the 271360448 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FL1004 manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1403AA by Manufacturer Waynco-Hayssen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Weidmuller Brand UR204A0UI16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Welform such as 48812773 equipment made by Welform have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welform products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welform" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 740511882 made by Weightronix as well as the popular tagprogrammingstation original spares produced by Wavetrend

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3424645 by Westamp and 48812773 spares by Welform are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DT13120N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wentech.
