Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warren FS-3102 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wire-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weltronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Woerner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wire-Electronic such as the GNV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WTC manufactured by Weltronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Weltronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KFAA by Manufacturer Woerner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Weinview Brand MT870IH5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Welyer such as SB4N050A010D001B000 equipment made by Welyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welyer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VHM7D200Z04S550XD7 made by Widia as well as the popular KA6411C original spares produced by Weldon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC2160S40000 by Watlow and SB4N050A010D001B000 spares by Welyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 64ES24100PT107 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
