Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner EUM-210-2030 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the EM2531T5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DV132S4BM68HRTHES2R1 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E33NLFALNNNS00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amk Brand DVSA13744DBO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datametrics such as DC1000D1105D5 equipment made by Datametrics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datametrics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datametrics" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT90S64C by Sew and DC1000D1105D5 spares by Datametrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
