Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner 5370-270-204 EM-50-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Winsmith product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the E30MSRS065X0D4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930MDSNE manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6MSF by Manufacturer Winsmith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has World-Wide-Electric Brand 70405727 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Zebra such as 43767M equipment made by Zebra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zebra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zebra" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11HM made by Winsmith as well as the popular S000252625 original spares produced by Waterous-Power-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2TLA020051R5100 by Abb and 43767M spares by Zebra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EH145CL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
