Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wago 750-843 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red-Lion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wago product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the CM106406 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 988L10BAAAGG manufactured by Red-Lion and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCB082 by Manufacturer Wago as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wahl-Instruments Brand M883 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Watlow such as 8822860200 equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K2XG20115V08R90 made by Warner-Linear as well as the popular PM8C1CJAAFAAAA original spares produced by Watlow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PB1000 by Warner-Electric and 8822860200 spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
