Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vegabar BR66.XXBGAX1BHKMXX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viailant-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vision-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vision product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viailant-Technologies such as the 5642H256 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VisioRead manufactured by Vision-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Vision-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVSDTTS14C09 by Manufacturer Vision as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wasco Brand 8057392747 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as K2G2012VBR12 equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5DP620300 made by Ward-Leonard as well as the popular K2G3024VBR18R120 original spares produced by Warner-Linear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BP140 by Weeke and K2G2012VBR12 spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OHLA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Von-Ruden.
