Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Touch-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sola product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the OT2051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM50 manufactured by Touch-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Touch-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDU850 by Manufacturer Sola as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand NS12TS01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPK3D200C2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NSJ12TS01BG5D made by Omron as well as the popular NT11SSF121B original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P313C2A42A3 by Ctc and QPK3D200C2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
