Varian Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Varian Faraday and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Varian Faraday include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Faraday if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Faraday repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 505 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GNT2009446R0003 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 160LFB1 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fuji Brand RYS152S3VSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as 1336SBRF20AEEN equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPLB1520UEJ44AA made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular M75R14MR original spares produced by Emerson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ND02AF02AMA90 by Cc and 1336SBRF20AEEN spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1336SBRF15ANEN4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
