Valcom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Valcom VPRT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Valcom VPRT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VPRT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VPRT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Video-Jet Brand SP7175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner-Electric such as MCS2041 equipment made by Warner-Electric have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
