Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vestas such as the S25P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10870211 manufactured by Verteq and we are pleased to be able to service most Verteq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KON66XG2VPR by Manufacturer Vega as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vee-Arc Brand D95518051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as ASM69AC equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VL7804A made by Versa as well as the popular 9313 original spares produced by Vellinge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26436QA41BKG20005 by Vat and ASM69AC spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
