Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Veb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vena product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Veb such as the KMRB63K2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 326650A108 manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31000005 by Manufacturer Vena as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vaisala Brand HMP231 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Velodyne such as VLP32C equipment made by Velodyne have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 404062 by Vee-Arc and VLP32C spares by Velodyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Analyzer Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
