Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uniop QC1005590-2STF01XCAN09B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out U-technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Universal-Robots product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the CBN3122SB318U146 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPD2450W2 manufactured by U-technology and we are pleased to be able to service most U-technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TG150 by Manufacturer Universal-Robots as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us-Motor Brand VariTrac in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uson such as Q720 equipment made by Uson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E637Z09F made by Us-Motor as well as the popular DDA16 original spares produced by Uei

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNBSE6GM432V10A1NR by Universal and Q720 spares by Uson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7656132 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uticor.
