Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uchida-hydromatik A10V16DR1RP8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued United-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultra-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carrier product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader United-Technologies such as the LSP672B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA2B1252K2RC4RBC4 manufactured by Ultra-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultra-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11930200016 by Manufacturer Carrier as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Universal Brand VOLT176 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Unitorq such as M103K4 equipment made by Unitorq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitorq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitorq" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H117D711 made by United-Electric as well as the popular 921365 original spares produced by Unico

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50319201 by Universal-Instruments and M103K4 spares by Unitorq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UCP1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uniop.
