Our services for the Tychoway MultiAx Stage include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MultiAx Stage if necessary. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Udylite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unipro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 303006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R34201 manufactured by Udylite and we are pleased to be able to service most Udylite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PLC90CPU91E93 by Manufacturer Unipro as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Unipro Brand SNT5V30A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Union-Carbide such as 675700 equipment made by Union-Carbide have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Union-Carbide products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Union-Carbide" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 33600 made by Unimodem as well as the popular 107822 original spares produced by Unico
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3065673 by Unico and 675700 spares by Union-Carbide are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDVOP2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ube.
