Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tuthill 2RFD-A-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued 3m products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crouzet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader 3m such as the MICROTOUCH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4497 manufactured by Crouzet and we are pleased to be able to service most Crouzet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3090SRK2 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand 6200038VR10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autocon-Technologies such as 4204024A equipment made by Autocon-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autocon-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autocon-Technologies" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MRS15 made by Thomson as well as the popular AHA174042A original spares produced by Adaptec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3TY6523OAK6 by Siemens and 4204024A spares by Autocon-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 412DCR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moeller.
