Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck TBEN-L5-16DIP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ultra-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultrex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultra-Motion such as the SA2B1252K2RC4RBC4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14G4C18G2PR manufactured by Ultrex and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultrex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VBM160PX1703MRSM126CS10830 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ultrapointe Brand 001002T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Unico such as 313175 equipment made by Unico have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unico products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unico" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UM851UM851A1195070617 made by Union-Semiconductor as well as the popular AS93 original spares produced by U.s-Electrical-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UMPLANFL10X030BD by Olympus and 313175 spares by Unico are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 110135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unico.
