Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck NI75U-Q80-VP4X2-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Zook-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wenglor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Zook-Industries such as the 1MX2X15X22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2B10 manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZD6003 by Manufacturer Wenglor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Watt-Stopper Brand W2000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Viatran such as 3505AMSHB equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWLX03S made by Veris as well as the popular BL20GWBRDNET original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4001200 by Weksler and 3505AMSHB spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z918030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watlow.
