Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck NI30-K40SR-BZ3X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viatran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamatake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viatran such as the 3505AMSHB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPJD21L05 manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi15CP40FZ3X2 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vaisala Brand HMW60Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner-Electric such as 7115448006 equipment made by Warner-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8187A57H01 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 29RL5LL original spares produced by Visolux

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSA3G by Wago and 7115448006 spares by Warner-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G26L7D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Usnr.
