Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck FLDP IOM88-0002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Synchro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ultrapointe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 704482 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U30S manufactured by Synchro and we are pleased to be able to service most Synchro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 000674T5 by Manufacturer Ultrapointe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ueda-Seisakusho Brand P5S103T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ultra-Motion such as 3A25DC92242P4 equipment made by Ultra-Motion have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI75UCP80AP6X2S10 by Turck and 3A25DC92242P4 spares by Ultra-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
