Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-sen HCX21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsi such as the 2615032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LPTAS manufactured by Trw and we are pleased to be able to service most Trw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0300203259 by Manufacturer Tsc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trutzschler Brand 940018841000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by General-Pump such as TS2011 equipment made by General-Pump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Pump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Pump" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1821820008 made by Trumpf as well as the popular BI5P18AP6X original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPNSA606S by Trw and TS2011 spares by General-Pump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D007FS20AFN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
