Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trans-coil KLC6B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trilogy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Transducer-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the RS12BRB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LM310 manufactured by Trilogy and we are pleased to be able to service most Trilogy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B151234K20P1 by Manufacturer Transducer-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emhart Brand 18217101V02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Traub-System such as 12KH098B equipment made by Traub-System have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Traub-System products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Traub-System" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 18072400 made by Trumpf as well as the popular 18131100 original spares produced by Trumpf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP114TD10ND01U25SP by Tri-clover and 12KH098B spares by Traub-System are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 982711 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsi.
