Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nissei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IC73F1H8A1A1A0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NC80002TPIC205DIO00NC80002TPIC205DIO00 manufactured by Nissei and we are pleased to be able to service most Nissei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ET31032100 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lambda Brand LWQ1305225 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nanomotion such as AB5HRE16V32 equipment made by Nanomotion have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10793 by Nec and AB5HRE16V32 spares by Nanomotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
