Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Torque-hub 114990, N11500406, 16-A-535 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 40523018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMP manufactured by Us-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5370273031 by Manufacturer Warner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tsubaki Brand RS352RP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner such as 5351631001 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FLFIM63AL made by Weg as well as the popular 926MDTS22000EK original spares produced by Winsmith

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IHI002458GP20M8GH10XM by Wako-Sangyo-/-National and 5351631001 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS2708 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trw-/-Mack.
