Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uticor such as the UPT2X20K001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XBTF011310 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V906146 by Manufacturer Cupe as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand 837A5X906 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autotech such as SACRL100G02M equipment made by Autotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autotech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 800PF2CGA made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular XBTZGM32 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27CA33120H4 by Farris and SACRL100G02M spares by Autotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 836C6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
