Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 6100000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toyo-Np1-4025f-s products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyo-Np1-4025f-s such as the NP14025FS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BB10EULM20N30 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPICTAE0000A by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toyoda Brand MC1KV030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trans-Tek such as 03520000 equipment made by Trans-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trans-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trans-Tek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 035431 made by Tucker as well as the popular G34900A1138 original spares produced by Trumpf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 85820782K12000030 by Turck and 03520000 spares by Trans-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 297704E11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trane.
