Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 280020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 0465HY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13090320 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 741766 by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stearns Brand 087012HOEFF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Alpha such as 075MX230010000 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alpha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alpha" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 015151 made by Teijin as well as the popular 07916502CN original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26T571 by Ft-Jones and 075MX230010000 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3113SR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hytrol.
