Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thorsman KAL362501616 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Air-Valve product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the KeypadDHRS23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LAL36300V manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR10PH10CA by Manufacturer Air-Valve as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Berkeley-Process Brand MWTX4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MDS60A00305A3400 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PM6685R made by Fluke as well as the popular P313C2A12A3 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MZ494 by Bently-Nevada and MDS60A00305A3400 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRX8885 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
