Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thorlabs 1700-9999-00084 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tokyo-Seimitsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tiny-mite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timing-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tokyo-Seimitsu such as the MT1G1224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM341332115CV manufactured by Tiny-mite and we are pleased to be able to service most Tiny-mite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM8302D by Manufacturer Timing-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thornton Brand AM14421B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thyssen-Krupp such as 6300LV1 equipment made by Thyssen-Krupp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thyssen-Krupp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thyssen-Krupp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PAK11H made by Togami-Electric as well as the popular 2212012000G original spares produced by Texas-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD80T11 by Titan and 6300LV1 spares by Thyssen-Krupp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XC1482CB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
