Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thk W1002MA-1PY-C3Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Identics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Conair product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Identics such as the A1660101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M83135R12 manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10714901 by Manufacturer Conair as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Conair Brand FTEOAT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Contec such as ECHPCIBEF7A equipment made by Contec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 777068 made by Concord as well as the popular 591028 original spares produced by Comptrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET214 by Rochester and ECHPCIBEF7A spares by Contec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3321A2470420MASLAVE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Concepts.
