Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Textron CONEDRIVE SHU-50-7A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thomas-Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tt2 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thompson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomas-Micron such as the 347124255965 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CO281668 manufactured by Tt2 and we are pleased to be able to service most Tt2 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 346128327122 by Manufacturer Thompson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Von-Ruden Brand 10967 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RS50 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TLSP5X15 made by The-Carlson-Co. as well as the popular EP2BTRB2716 original spares produced by Timken

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N3501 by The-Carlson-Co. and RS50 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
