Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Telind DE2610/24/8/C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Textron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tescom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tellabs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron such as the KX014100110186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ER3110SI manufactured by Tescom and we are pleased to be able to service most Tescom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 814419B by Manufacturer Tellabs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 6MT13F05L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tempco such as TEC57401 equipment made by Tempco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tempco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tempco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 93P306 made by Thermal as well as the popular 80a45 original spares produced by Tension-Slip

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SE3512 by Telesonic and TEC57401 spares by Tempco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6MT1440CL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
