Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Telemecanique TSXP57454M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acdc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acces-Io-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aaon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acdc such as the RMC404A2332 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USBAO1216E manufactured by Acces-Io-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Acces-Io-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RM0103008E by Manufacturer Aaon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acdc Brand RMV304B23320000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accu-Feed such as 800B equipment made by Accu-Feed have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-Feed products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-Feed" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACUVIMKLD601AP2 made by Accuenergy as well as the popular XS802S original spares produced by Mettler-Toledo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UDS0201 by Lust-Electronics and 800B spares by Accu-Feed are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z300S5T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
