Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wandfluh such as the 1105E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTEPS100LA2 manufactured by Ceg and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSM0154015645200 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cerutti Brand RE52129 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chemring such as A3120 equipment made by Chemring have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chemring products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chemring" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 852449D made by Charmilles as well as the popular 3800001 original spares produced by Checksum
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3800024 by Checksum and A3120 spares by Chemring are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 785011301M1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Century.
