Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV58HD12M2ZU manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KRP5DG110 by Manufacturer Potter as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Teknic Brand M5075829 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as HMI80000L2P equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N3402C made by Teco as well as the popular AEEA original spares produced by Teco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3P106C06400C6 by Westinghouse and HMI80000L2P spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teklogix.
