Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tescom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tel-Tokyo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Texas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tescom such as the DHH60VGN9DBBY16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSENS2 manufactured by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tel-Tokyo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5TI10311 by Manufacturer Texas as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Telemecanique Brand XCS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thk such as BK30 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5TI3101 made by Texas-Instruments as well as the popular LD3SB2E original spares produced by The-Loveshaw-Corporation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XM9 by Telemecanique and BK30 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
