Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Orbacom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tamagawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the T48 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R17093034 manufactured by Orbacom and we are pleased to be able to service most Orbacom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST5810 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tb-Woods Brand WFC20050CHT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Syntron such as VFD055B43A1 equipment made by Syntron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCA275 by Lauer and VFD055B43A1 spares by Syntron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
