Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sygnetron 10D853 / 10D853M-C / 10D853-C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tattile parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tamagawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the 6010BZ10000C2650125P26683 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TAGMCD64060 manufactured by Tattile and we are pleased to be able to service most Tattile systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS3653N95E8 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Phoenix Brand 2891152 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sygnetron such as AS010C23500 equipment made by Sygnetron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sygnetron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sygnetron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6024BP10300C2052 made by Taylor as well as the popular TS1901N116E3 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DP4 by Rkc and AS010C23500 spares by Sygnetron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Syntron.
